NGC 2403, Spiral Galaxy in Camelopardalis

This is another interesting object that I found while star-hoping with my Revolution Imager 2 video camera. NGC 2403 looks a lot like a smaller and somewhat brighter version of M33. Like M33, this galaxy shows some wonderful color and detail in the form of dust clouds near the core and star clouds out in the spiral arms. NGC 2403 lies about 10 million light years away and is part of the M81 group of galaxies.
