Lunar Crater Aristoteles Close-up!
Hi All,
The Lunar Impact Crater “Aristoteles”
This crater was named after Aristotle, a Greek philosopher and polymath, a student of Plato and teacher of Alexander the Great.
Here is my close-up view of Aristoteles Crater under very good seeing c
onditions from my backyard observatory in Dayton, Ohio. You can see many fine details in and around the crater.
