M51 extreme closeup from original wide field Rebel shot
this is M51 extreme closeup from my original wide field Rebel shot,
so you can see all the details and the resolution of this 5" scope and Rebel combo.
I processed it right to the core...I tried to get Einsteins Cross at the center of 51, but at this size scope that was asking way to much!

Wow, that's nice! It's neat to see the little background galaxies. For some reason we're seeing a lot of early shots of M51 this year, I'm on the verge of going after M81/82, you guys must be staying up late.
